- 1. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed
statutory documents:
● Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
● Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
● Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
● Valid Business Registration Certificate (With up-to-Date Annual Receipt)
● Valid Works and Housing Certificate not below B3K3
● Valid Labour Certificate
● Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
2. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the reception of the District Coordinating Director and District Chief Executive’s Office on or before 10:00 GMT on Thursday 25th October, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
3. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of 2% of
contract sum. Late Tenders will be rejected.
4. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderer’s or Representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Hall of the Garu District Assembly at 10:00 GMT on Thursday 25th October, 2022.
