Additional Information:: 1. All Tenders must be accompanied by:
i. Current Tax Clearance Certificate
ii. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iii. VAT Registration Certificate
iv. Business Registration Certificate
v. PPA Registration Certificate/Receipt
vi. Valid Works and Housing Certificate (D2K2)
vii. Valid Labour Certificate

2. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from The
Procurement Unit, located at 3rd Floor of MP Block, Kumasi Technical,
Kumasi, and inspect the bidding document at the address and location given Monday-Friday, 8.00a.m to 4.00p.m local time each day.

3.Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00
a.m, Wednesday October 12, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a
period of 120 days after the deadline for Tender submission.

4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two
percent (2%) of Tender Price. Late Tenders will be rejected.

5. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Council
Chamber located at the Top Floor of the Administration
Block, Kumasi Technical University and at the time specified
above.
