- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures
specified in the Public Procurement Act 663 (Act 2003) and Public Procurement
(Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) and also in accordance with the Guidelines of the Public
Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Ghana Technical and Vocational Educational and Training (TVET) and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily
3. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of GH ¢300.00
4. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12th October, 2022 at 10:00am.Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of submission. All must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2%. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative who choose to attend at 10:00am at the Ghana Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Headquarters’ Conference Room
5. The completed Tender documents must include:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
