Tender Description:: CONSTRUCTION OF 2-STOREY 12-Unit Classroom Block

LOCATION: WEWESO M/APRIMARY ‘A’ SCHOOL

TENDER SECURITY: 2% 0f contract sum

Additional Information:: 1. The Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers with;
a. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificates (D3, K3) and above
b. Valid Labour Certificate
c. Valid Ghana Revenue Clearance Certificate with TIN
d. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
e. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
f. Registrar General Renewal Certificate
g. Power of Attorney

2. A Complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested and eligible Bidders. Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the Office of the Procurement Unit, Oforikrom Municipal Assembly from 8.00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time daily.

3. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for submission of Tenders. It shall be open in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Municipal Conference Room, Oforikrom Municipal Assembly at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 13th October, 2022. Late submission shall be rejected.

4. Completed sealed Tender Document shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the Conference Room, Oforikrom Municipal Assembly with the Address below on or before 10:00am not later than Thursday, 13th October, 2022.
