ii. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
iii. 2% of the total tender amount.Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission.
iv. Sealed Tenders must be delivered on or before Thursday 13th October 2022 at 10:00 am at the Conference Room of the Adansi Asokwa District Assembly, Tenders shall be opened immediately after the closing of submission at 10:00 am on Thursday 13th October 2022 at the Conference Room of the Adansi Asokwa District Assembly. Late Tenders will be rejected.
