- PROCUREMENT OF WORKS – CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS STRUCTURES IN BASIC & SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE EASTERN REGION
1. The EASTERN REGIONAL CO-ORDINATING COUNCIL (ERCC), KOFORIDUA has received funds from the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) to cover the cost of INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT WORK and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS STRUCTURES IN BASIC & SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE EASTERN REGION OF GHANA. Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. The ERCC invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS STRUCTURES IN BASIC & SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE EASTERN REGION OF GHANA. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, Amended Act 2016 (Act 914) and is open to all eligible tenderers with Ministry of Works and Housing classification certificate D2K2.
3. A complete set of Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS500.00) for each set. The method of payment will be by cash. The tender document shall be obtained personally. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address during office hours from 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs GMT from Wednesday, 28th September, 2022.
4. Tenderers shall tender for only one (1) lot. Tenderers who tender for more than one (1) lot shall be rejected.

• PPA Contractor Registration Certificate among other essential documents and attachments
6. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the address below on or before October 12, 2022 at 10:00hrs GMT.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 DAYS after Tender opening and must be accompanied by tender security of value not less than 2% of the Tender Price from a recognized Bank or an Insurance Company licensed by the National Insurance Commission for each lot. Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers who wish to attend at the premises of the Eastern Regional Co-Ordinating Council, Koforidua at 10:00 hours GMT on October 12, 2022 at 10:00hrs GMT.
