Tender Description:: Construction Of 2-Storey 6-Unit Classroom Block (Phase1)

Additional Information:: i. Tenderers shall be required to provide the following:
1. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate as at the date of tender Opening,
2. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate as at the date of Tender Opening,
3. Valid Labor Certificate,
4. Valid Re-Registration Certificate with annual renewal receipt attached,
5. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3, K3, and above),
6. Power of Attorney,
7. Bid security not less than 2% of the Tender Price and
8. Evidence of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate

ii. A completed sealed tenders must be delivered into the tender box at the BDA-Conference Hall on or before 11:00 am, Thursday 27th October 2022.

iii. Public Tender opening will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday 27th October 2022 at the BOSOMTWE DISTRICT ASSEMBLY CONFERENCE HALL in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend.

iv. A complete set of Tender Documents, in addition to two (2) additional copies, sealed in an envelope should be submitted to the address below;
