- 1. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified
in the Public Procurement Act, 2003(Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the District Chief Executive and inspect the tender document at the Sekyere South District Assembly from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT from Wednesday 5th October, 2022 on working days.
3. Completed tender documents and additional copies, sealed in an envelope must be deposited into the box located at the address above at or before 10:00 hours GMT on or before Tuesday 25th October,
2022.
4. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the contract sum. Late Tender will be rejected.
5. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderer’s representative, who chooses to attend at the Conference Room of the
Sekyere South District Assembly at 10:00hours GMT on 25th October, 2022.
