Contract Title: CONSTRUCTION OF 2-STOREY 6-UNIT LECTURE HALL WITH FOUR OFFICES
IFT REF: KNMTC/NCT/WK/2022/08
1. The Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Kpembe of the Republic of Ghana has allocated funds from its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to develop additional lecture halls to cater for increased student enrollment at its Kpembe campus.
The Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Kpembe, (the “Employer”), intends to apply a portion of the Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to fund eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation for Tenders (“IFT”) is issued.
2. The Works and the Contract expected to be awarded under this IFT is:
1 Construction of 2-Storey 6-Unit Lecture Hall with Four Offices
Salaga, Savannah Region
Tender Security Amount: GH¢ 25,000.00
The Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Kpembe now invites sealed Tenders (“Tenders”) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (“Tenderers”) to provide the works referenced above.
3. A contractor will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure, which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 as amended, which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.
4. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement.

6. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from the address stated above, from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm local time, by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis GH₵500.00) for each set of Tender Documents. The method of payment will be by Banker’s Draft or cash payable to the Employer stated above.
7. The deadline for submission of Tenders is at 10.00 am local time on 14th October,2022. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before the time specified above.
