- 2. The Tamale Teaching Hospital now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above purposes.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663 of 2003 and Act 914 of 2016 as amended as well as guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information for inspection and purchase of the standard tender documents at the Procurement Unit of the Hospital from 8:30 hours to 17:00 hour’s GMT-Monday to Friday from 12TH September to 3RD October, 2022.
5. A completed set of standard tender documents, in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of (GH¢400.00) for each SET OF TENDER DOCUMENT (MEDICINE & NON- MEDICINE)
6. All interested Tenderers shall submit, together with the tenders, the following Documents:
Introductory Letter
Valid PPA Registration Certificate or Proof of Registration
Business Registration Certificate
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate (if applicable)
VAT Registration Certificate
Pharmacy council certificate (Drugs)
Food and Drugs Authority Certificate (if applicable)
7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the deadline of tender submission
8. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of the total tender price from a certified insurance company or banker’s draft.
9. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 10.00AM on 3RD October, 2022. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers’ Representatives, who choose to attend, at the Main conference room of the Tamale Teaching Hospital near the Library at 10:00AM: on 3RD October, 2022.

LATE SUBMISSION OF TENDERS WILL BE REJECTED
SAMPLES MUST BE PROVIDED FOR ALL QUOTED ITEMS
