3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the public procurement ACT 2003 (ACT663) as amended (914) and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested Eligible Tenders may obtain further information from the Municipal Coordinating Director between 9:00am and 4:00pm on working days at the address given below ;
5. Tender document(s) may be purchased at the address stated below for non- refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedi (GH₵300.00) only. The document(s) can be obtained personally, and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document(s).
6. For eligibility, sealed completed tenders must be submitted together with the following documents:
• Valid Certificate of Registration
• Valid Certificate to commence Business
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid GRA TAX Clearance Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate D1K1.
• Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
7. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below on, or before 10:00 hours GMT on Wednesday, 2nd November, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount stated in the Tender Documents. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderer’s representative(s) who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Mfantseman Municipal Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on Wednesday, 2nd November, 2022.
