- 4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the Procurement Unit, Ground Floor, Room No. 20/ Works Department at the Municipal Assembly, Nsawam during office hours, 8.30 am to 5.00pm from Wednesday, 5th October, 2022. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00).
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two percent (2%) of the Tender price for each contract from a recognized Bank in Ghana or Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission must be delivered to the Procurement Unit, Ground Floor Room 20 , Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly, Nsawam on or before10:30am on Friday 21st October, 2022 where they will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of all Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend. Late Tenderers will be rejected. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after deadline of Tender submission.
6. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.

• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 or better)
