Tender Description:: CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR (4) STOREY I.C.T AND LIBRARY COMPLEX PHASE 1.

LOCATION: OFFINSO-MAASE

DURATION: TWELVE MONTHS

Additional Information:: 1. The College now invites sealed tenders/ bids from eligible Contractors to Pre-finance the project indicated above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the St. Patrick's NMTC Procurement Unit and inspect the tender document from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.

3. Tenders/bids must be deposited into the box located at the St. Patrick's NMTC Procurement Unit on or before 09:00 hours GMT on 17th October 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission.

4. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the Tender amount. Late Tenders will be rejected.

5. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderer's representatives who choose to attend at the Office of the NMTC conference room at 09.00 hours GMT on 17th October. 2022.
