- 1. The Assin South District Assembly has received funding from Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) and intends to use part of the budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments under the construction of Classroom Blocks and Toilet Facilities.
2. The Assin South District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from all eligible constructors with a valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Classification Certificate (MWRWH) (D2K2 or Better) for the project described below.

- 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and in accordance with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Work/Procurement-Assin South District Assembly and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday-Friday).
5. All bids shall be accompanied with the following documents:
a. A valid SSNIT clearance certificate
b. A valid tax clearance Certificate
c. A valid Labour certificate (job related)
d. Valid Companies Registration Certificate
e. A valid Public Procurement Authority’s Business Registration Certificate
f. Other documents indicated in the Tender Data.
6. Tenders must be signed, sealed and delivered to the address below on or before 3rd November, 2022 at 10:00am at the Assembly’s Conference Room at which time they will be opened thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers or their representative who choose to attend.
