- Interested eligible tenderers may purchase the document or obtain further information from the Head of Procurement Unit and inspect the tender documents from the hours of 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. during the working hours from Monday to Friday.
A complete set of Tender documents in English language may be purchased by interested tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 400.00) only per Tender Document. The method of payment will be by cash. Tenderers may tender for one (1) or any combination of the projects.
Tenders must be accompanied by the following documents:
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Certificate of Registration (sole proprietorship), Incorporation, to Commence Business (Limited)
Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3, K3 and Above)
Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
Valid Registration Certificate from PPA or evidence of Registration (Bank Receipt).
Sealed Tenders must be delivered into a tender box located at the Assembly Hall on or before Tuesday, 25th October, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security from Reputable Source of the amount stated in the table below. Late Tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Municipal Assembly Hall, Akatsi, at 10:30am on Tuesday, 25th October, 2022.
