- 1. The University of Cape Coast intends to apply part of its Budgetary Allocation Funds and Internally Generated Funds to fund payment under the contracts for the following:
a) Supply and installation of projectors, screens& accessories at lecture theaters
b) Supply of biodegradable security envelopes for CoDE
c) Supply of paint and painting materials for SRC hall
d) Supply and installation of air conditioners for Central Administration
e) Supply and installation of CCTV cameras on campus- Phase 2
f) Supply of switches for central administration

- 2. The University of Cape Coast invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for above contracts.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as Amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHc 200.00)
5. Notwithstanding the general requirements stated in the Tender Document, the under listed requirements are expressly demanded:
a) Valid Business Registration Certificate
b) Certificate of Commencement of Business
c) Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate
d) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
e) VAT Registration Certificate
f) Other documents as indicated in the Tender Document
g) Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate or evidence of Registration
6. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect Tender Documents at the address given below from 9:00am to 4:00pm daily, starting Wednesday, 28th September,2022.
7. Tenders must be delivered to the address below or the Procurement Office on or before 11:00am, Tuesday 18th October,2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after he deadline for the submission.
8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend on Tuesday 18th October,2022 at the Academic Board Chamber located at the top floor of the new administration building, University of Cape Coast at 11:05am
Late tenders will be rejected.
9. Complete Tender Documents shall be deposited in a Tender Box at the Academic Board Chamber located at the top floor of the new administration building, University of Cape Coast on or before at 11:00am Tuesday 18th October,2022. Tenders must be sealed and marked and addressed to:
