- 1. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures Specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
2. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.
i. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
ii. Valid and current SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
iii. Valid Business Registration Certificate (with up-to-date Annual Renewal Receipt)
iv. Evidence of Registration Certificate from PPA
v. Valid Ministry of water Resources, works and housing certificate (D2K2)
vi. Valid Labour certificate
vii. Tender must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of the total tender price.
3. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at College of Health Board room at 10:30am on Monday, October 31, 2022. Late Tenders will be rejected
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of
