Tender Description:: The Sissala West District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for the following projects under the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act 663 as amended and the guidelines by the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Construction of 1No. CHPS Compound at Gumo

Additional Information:: Tender documents may be inspected and purchased at the Work Department of the Sissala west District Assembly, Gwollu between 9; 30am. To 5:00pm each working day from Monday, 10th October, 2022. to Wednesday 26th October 2022 at or before 10:00am. Upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two hundred Ghana Cedi’s (GH¢200) per document at the account’s units of the Sissala West District Assembly.

All tenders must be accompanied by the following documents:
Valid Business Registration Certificate
Valid IRS Tax Clearance certificate
Valid SSNIT Certificate
Valid VAT Registration Certificate
Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration certificate (Proof of registration).
Valid Works and Housing Certificate.
A tender security of 2% of the total tender price.
Completed tender in addition to two additional copies sealed in an envelope must be deposited in the tender box located at:

On or before 9:50am Wednesday 26th October, 2022. Tenders will be opened at 10:00am in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the conference hall of the Sissala West District Assembly at 10; 00am on Wednesday 26th October, 2022.
