- The Bawku West District Assembly has received funds from the Government of Ghana under the District Assembly Common Fund-Results Financing Grant (DACF-RFG) DPAT V and intends to apply a portion of the funds to cover eligible payments for the following contracts whose requirements are indicated in the table below:

- Additional Information:
- The Bawku West District Assembly (BWDA) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above-mentioned projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of Tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis only (GH¢350.00) at the Bawku West District Assembly Accounts Office from 9:00 – 17:00 hours GMT during working hours starting from Friday October 14th, 2022.
Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Wednesday November 9th, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amounts stated in the table above for each lot. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative who chooses to attend at the District Assembly Hall at 10.00 hours GMT on Wednesday November 9th, 2022.
All tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents:
Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Certificate, Financial Classification D3/K3 or higher
Valid Business Registration Certificate
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid VAT Certificate(Goods)
Bid Security as indicated in the table above
PPA Certificate
Completion Period: 8 Calendar Months
Tender Security Amount (GHc): 16,000.00
