Tender Description:: The Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the construction of the Projects listed below:

LOT2
Construction of 1No 5Unit Teachers Bungalow with a Mechanized Borehole facility at Achiase

LOT3
Construction of a Paved Rock Lorry Park with Urinal, Water
Closet Toilet facility, Shed and Mechanized Borehole at Nyinahin.

Additional Information:: 1. Tender Documents may be purchased at the office of the District Procurement office at Atwima Mponua District Assembly, Nyinahin during working hours from Tuesday 4th October, 2022 .
Tenderers will be required to produce the following, alongside their tenders:
i. Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
v. Valid VAT Certificate
vi. Evidence of PPA Registration
vii. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate, D 3 K 3 and above (Where applicable)

2. Tenders must be valid for 150 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant bid security of 5.0% of Tender Price from Commercial Banks in the form of a Bank Draft, Certified Cheque, and Bank Guarantee OR Bid Bonds from Insurance Companies in good standings with the National Insurance Commission.

3. Tender will be opened in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend in the District Assembly Hall, Nyinahin at 12.00 noon on Thursday 20th October, 2022
