- The Bolgatanga Technical University now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers and Firms for the procurement of the Start-up kits mentioned above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Acts 663) as amended, and in accordance with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Vice-Chancellor of Bolgatanga Technical University or the Procurement Directorate and inspect the Tender Document at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm local time on Monday to Friday.
A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 250.00) at the CASH OFFICE. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 60 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security Two percent (2%) of the total Tender price or fill and submit the Tender Securing Declaration provided in the Tender Document.
Tenders must be sealed and delivered to the address above and should be deposited in the TENDER BOX in the Bolgatanga Technical University Registrar’s Secretary Office (Room 04) at or before 10:00am on Friday 11th November, 2022.
7. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of Tenderers representatives who choose to attend at Senior Staff Common Room (first floor) YCI Office at 10:00am on Friday 11th November, 2022. All late tenders will be rejected
8. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirement Documents.
