Additional Information:: Tender Documents may be purchased at the office of the District Procurement office at Atwima
Mponua District Assembly, Nyinahin during working hours from Tuesday 4 th October, 2022
Tenderers will be required to produce the following, alongside their tenders:
 Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
 Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
 Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
 Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
 Valid VAT Certificate
 Evidence of PPA Registration
 Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate, D 3 K 3 and above
(Where applicable)

4. Tenders must be valid for 150 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant bid
security from Commercial Banks in the form of a Bank Draft, Certified Cheque, and Bank
Guarantee OR Bid Bonds from Insurance Companies in good standings with the National
Insurance Commission.
5. Completed Tender Documents must be delivered to the address below ON or BEFORE 12.00
noon on Thursday, 20 th October, 2022

6. Tender will be opened in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend in the
