- Tenderers may tender for one or more lots and contract may be awarded on the lowest evaluated subject to satisfactory technical specifications and other conditions. Incomplete lots would not be accepted.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663. & in the Guidelines of the Pubic Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document at the Procurement Department, Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority Head Office, Accra from the hours of 9:00am to 3:00 pm from Mondays to Fridays
A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon a submission of written application to the address below between the hours of 9:30 am to 4:00 pm and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 300.00) from Mondays to Fridays at the Accounts Departments of DVLA Head Office, located at 1 Jawaharlal Nehru Road. .
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate with up-to-date renewal receipt
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation with up-to-date renewal receipt
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
Tenders must be delivered to the address at or before 10:00am on or before 20th October, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% (Two Percent) in the form of Bank Guarantee issued from a recognised bank.
Late tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers ‘representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00 a.m on 20th October, 2022 at DVLA Board Room. A register of potential tenderers who have purchased the tender document may be inspected at the address below.
