- The Savannah Regional Coordinating Council in conjunction with the Regional Directorate of Education has secured funds from the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) and intends to apply same for the procurement of the following GETFund Development Projects in the Region.
Construction of 1No 2 Storey 12-unit classroom block with Ancillary facilities at Damongo Senior High School
- Additional Information:
- The Savannah Regional Coordinating Council therefore invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Construction of the said development Projects. Tendering will be conducted through (NCT) procedures in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663 as amended) of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (500.00) only at the Savannah Regional Coordinating Council at Damongo from 09:00-17:00 hours GMT from Friday, 14th October, 2022. All Tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents:
Valid Business Registration Certificate
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Certificate from Public Procurement Authority
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid Works and Housing Registration Certificate (D3K3 Category)
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Duration : Ten Months
Bid Security: 2% of Tender Figure
4. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Friday 4th November, 2022. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission date. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend, at the Savannah Regional Coordinating Council Conference Hall at 10:00 hours GMT on Friday 4th November, 2022.
