- Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days and an additional 28 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of two percent (2%) in a Certified Cheque, Bank guarantee from a recognized Bank in Ghana or Insurance Bond from an insurance company in good standing.
It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory Documents;

⦁ Valid Business Registration Certificate.

FREQUENCY OF DELIVERY: 50% per semester for each item.
