Additional Information:
⦁ Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.

⦁ A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee (Bankers Draft) of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) at the Finance Department.

⦁ Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 15th November, 2022 at 10am prompt. Late Tenders will be rejected and returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days and an additional 28 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of two percent (2%) in a Certified Cheque, Bank guarantee from a recognized Bank in Ghana or Insurance Bond from an insurance company in good standing.

⦁ Tenders will be opened publicly in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend on 15th November, 2022 at 10am at the College of Health and Well-Being Board Room.

⦁ It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory Documents;
⦁ Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
⦁ Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
⦁ Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
⦁ Valid Business Registration Certificate.
⦁ Valid Registration Certificate from PPA or Evidence of Registration.
⦁ Tender Security of 2% of Total Tender Price in certified Cheque from a Bank in Ghana or a reputable Insurance Company.
