- The Asutifi South District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors for the Construction of the Works above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663 Act 914 as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the District Co-coordinating Director, and the Tender document at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days.
Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only for lot 1, 2 & 3 and Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only for lot 4. The document will be obtained personally or by a representative. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
Bidders would be required to provide the following:
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
Valid Business Registration Certificate.
Valid Works and Housing Certificate.
Valid Labour Certificate.
Valid Registration Certificate from PPA.
NOTE: Bid Security is 2% of the tender price and shall be valid for 90 days after tender closing date.
Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below on or before 10:00 hours GMT on. 3RD November, 2022 Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount stated in the table above. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ or their representatives who chose to attend at the District Conference Hall of the Asutifi South District Assembly at 10:30am prompt on 3RD November, 2022.
