Tender Description:: United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF), acting through the Northern Regional Health Directorate of Ghana Health Service intends to support the General Renovation of the Walk-In Cold Room at the Tamale Regional Medical Stores for Ghana Health Service in the Northern Region, for which this Invitation to Tender is issued.
The Northern Regional Health Directorate now invites sealed Tenders from eligible bidders for the procurement of the GENERAL RENOVATION OF WALK-IN COLD ROOM under the National Competitive Tendering Procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

Additional Information:: The following documents are required;
⦁ Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
⦁ Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
⦁ Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
⦁ Valid Business Registration Certificate
⦁ Valid Works and Housing Certificate (Class D2K2)
⦁ Valid Labor Certificate
⦁ Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
⦁ A Tender Security of GHc 10,000.00

A complete set of Tender documents may be inspected and purchased at the Regional Health Directorate, Procurement Unit Tamale, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢400.00) per each Tender Document at the Accounts Office of the Regional Health Directorate - Tamale, between 8.30am – 4.00pm each working day from Monday-Friday.

Completed tenders should be deposited in a Tender Box located at Regional Health Directorate Conference Hall on or before Tuesday 8th November, 2022 at 10.30 am prompt.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submission.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders and or their representatives who choose to attend at the Regional Health Directorate’s Training Unit Conference Hall on Tuesday 8th November, 2022 at 10.30 am prompt
