Tender Description:
1. THE AWUTU SENYA DISTRICT ASSEMBLY has received some funding from the District Assembly Common-Fund Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and Internally Generated Fund (IGF) to fund the eligible payment under the contract whose requirements are indicated below.

Lot 1
DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Construction of NHIS Office Accommodation at Awutu Beraku (Phase11)

TENDER SECURITY: 2% of tender price

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Part Completion of Senya Market (Phase 1)
LOCATION: Awutu Senya
SOURCE OF FUNDS: DACF-RFG
MWHC CLASSIFICATION CERTIFICATE: Valid D4, K4 and above
TENDER SECURITY: 2% of tender price
Additional Information:
2. Tender will be conducted through National Competitive tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663), as Amended.

3. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from AWUTU SENYA DISTRICT ASSEMBLY and inspect the tender documents at the office of the District Co-ordinating Director at 8.00am to 5.00pm local time during working days starting from Friday 21st October, 2022 to Friday 11th November, 2022. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢400.00). Payment is by cash to Finance Office of the Awutu Senya District Assembly.

4. Tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents
a. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
b. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
c. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Bid Security of 2%
e. Company Registration Certificate
f. Valid Works and Housing Certificate
g. Valid PPA Registration

5. Tenders must be signed, sealed and deposited in the tender box at the District Assembly and must be addressed to: The District Chief Executive
