Additional Information:: 1. Tenders are to be accompanied by the following documents:
(a) Valid Business registration certicaficate
(b) Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3,K3 Or Better)
(c) Valid Social Security And National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
(d) Valid Labour Certificate
(e) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
(f) Valid PPA Registration Certificate or evidence of PPA registration
(g) Power of Attorney

2. Sealed Tender Marked with respective ‘Project Description and Location’ shall be deposited in the ‘Tender Box’ at the Conference Room of the Bono East Regional Coordinating Council on or before 10:00 am 29th November,2022

3. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. late tenders will be rejected.

4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Bono East Regional Coordinating Council from 9:00am to 5:00pm local time in Techiman from 27th October – 29th November, 2022. The Programme of Works for shall be Eight Months (8) Duration
