b. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
c. Valid Business Registration Certificate.
d. Valid Works and Housing Certificate.
e. Valid Labour Certificate.
f. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA.
NOTE: Bid Security is 2% of the tender price and shall be valid for 90 days after tender closing date.
2. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the Asutifi South District Assembly on or before 10:00 hours GMT on 3RD November, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
3. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ or their representatives who chose to attend at the District Conference Hall of the Asutifi South District Assembly at 10:30am prompt on 3RD November, 2022.
