- The BAWKU MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY, the implementing agency now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the underlisted project as per the requirements indicated in the Table below:

Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Bawku Municipal Coordinating Director and inspect the Tender documents at the address below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
All tenders must be accompanied by the following valid Document
⦁ Valid Business Registration Certificate
⦁ Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid Works and Housing Certificate
⦁ Valid Labour Certificate
⦁ Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
⦁ Bid security as indicated in the table above
Tender Security Amount (GHS) : 25,000.00
A complete set of Tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers at the address stated below for a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, for each set.
Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at or before 10.00 hours GMT on 23rd November, 2022.
⦁ Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after Tender opening, after the deadline of tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 10.00 hours GMT on 23rd November, 2022. At the Municipal Assembly Hall
