Tender Name:: Siting, Drilling, Construction and Installation of 5No. Boreholes and its associated works at selected communities in Lambussie District.

Tender Description:: The Lambussie District Assembly has received funds from the Government of Ghana under the District Assemblies’ Common Fund-Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFQ) DPAT VI and a non-governmental organization (T-TEL) towards the Implementation of Learning Transformation Agenda in the district and intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments for the procurement of the following under listed projects.

Siting, Drilling, Construction and Installation of 5No. Boreholes and its associated works at selected communities in Lambussie District.

Additional Information:: Tenderers may obtain further information, inspect and purchase Tender Documents from the office of The District Procurement Officer at Lambussie District Assembly at Lambussie from 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m at a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00) only for any Lot.

Tenderers would be required to provide the following:
Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Registration Certificate (D3K3);
Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate;
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
Valid Labour Clearance Certificate;
Valid Business Registration Certificate (With evidence of Current Annual Renewed Receipt);
Valid PPA Registration Certificate
Valid VAT Certificate (for LOT 5 and 6)
Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of tender figure and valid for 120 Days after tender closing date from any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission.

Completed Tender Documents should be addressed to the address indicated below and deposited in a “Tender Box” at the Office of the Head of Procurement at the Lambussie District Assembly on or before 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 17th November, 2022. Tenders would be publicly opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 a.m on Thursday, 17th November, 2022 at the Lambussie District Assembly Hall.
