Tender Description:: Techiman North District Assembly has received funds from its share of the DACF-RFG Investment Grant and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under specific contracts whose requirements are indicated in the table below:

Additional Information:: Tenderers are required to submit their tender documents with the following:
1. Bid Security 2. Labour Clearance 3. PPA Registration Certificate 4. Income Tax 5. SSNIT Certificate 6. Register General 7. MWH&WR Cert (D3K3/E3G3&Above).
8. Delivery/Completion Period : 6moths 9. Tender Security Amount (GH₵): 2% of tender Price

Tender documents may be purchased, starting from 31st October, 2022 at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵400.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday, 17th November, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the dead line of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above for each package.

Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be open in the presence of Tenderer’s
Representative, who chooses to attend at the Mini Conference Room of the Techiman North District Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT Thursday, 17th November 20
