- The NABDAM DISTRICT ASSEMBLY has received funds from the Member of parliament’s share of the District Assembly Common Fund (MPCF) and intends to apply part of the budgetary allocations to cover eligible payments under contract for the construction of 1No. 3-Unit Class Room Block with ancillary facilities.

- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the District Procurement Office, Nangodi from 9:00am to 4:00pm local time during week days from Monday, 31st October, 2022.
The Bids shall be accompanied by the following statutory Documents:
Valid Tender Security of 2% of the total tender price which shall be valid for 28 days after 120 days of tender validity period after the deadline of tender submission, from a recognized Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission or a Commercial Bank in the form of Bank Draft, Certified Cheque or Bank Guarantee.
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid IRS/GRA Clearance Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid Business Registration Certificate (With evidence of up-to-date annual renewal receipt)
Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (Class D3K3 and above)
Valid Power of attorney where applicable
Valid PPA Registration Certificate

Completed sealed Bids bearing the address below must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the Mini Conference Hall of the District Assembly on or before 10:00am on Monday 21th November, 2022 at which time the Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the District Co-ordinating Director’s Office.
