- The Ghana education trust fund (GETFund) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation under the projects below through the Central Regional Co-ordinating Council. The Central Regional Co-ordinating Council now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors for the execution of the projects mentioned below:
Lot 1- EMRG/CR01- Assin Fosu Municipality
School/Community- Obiri Yeboah Senior High School, Assin Fosu
Facility- 1No. 12 Unit Classroom Block (Linear)
Lot 2- EMRG/CR02- Assin Fosu Municipality
School/Community- Obiri Yeboah Senior High School, Assin Fosu
Facility- 2-Storey 8-Unit Boys Dormitory Block – Stairs Outside (Courtyard type)
Lot 3- EMRG/CR03- Assin Fosu Municipality
School/Community- Aboaboman Senior High School, Assin Nyankumasi
Facility- 1No. 12-Unit Classroom Block (Linear)
Lot 4- EMRG/CR04- Cape Coast Metropolis
School/Community- Cape Coast Technical Institute
Facility- Single Storey Dormitory Block revised to 2-Storey with 4-Storey Foundation – Phase 2
Lot 5- EMRG/CR05- Cape Coast Metropolis
School/Community- Mfantsipim Senior High School
Facility- 6-Unit Classroom Block (Single Storey) revised to 12-Unit Classroom Block (2-Storey Foundation) Phase 2
- Additional Information:
- Tender will be conducted through National Competitive Procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the PROCUREMENT UNIT, CENTRAL REGIONAL CO-ORDINATING COUNCIL, P.O BOX 202, CAPE COAST or call Tel: 0554681124 to inspect the tender documents at the same office from 8:30am to 4:30pm each day from Monday 7th November, 2022.
A complete set of tender document in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application and upon the payment of non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHȻ500.00) between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm daily (Monday-Friday).
It is mandatory that all prospective tenderers must submit the following attachments and include them in the returned tender documents:
1. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
2. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
4. Valid Certificate of Business Certificate
5. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
6. Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate (D2/K2 or above)
7. Valid Labour Registration Certificate
8. Tender Security – 2% of tender Sum (from a reputable Bank)
Tender must be signed, sealed and deposited in the tender box on or before 10:00am on Wednesday, 30th November, 2022.
Tenders will be opened on the same day in the presents of the tenderers representatives who choose to be present at the Conference room of the Central Regional Co-ordinating Council, Cape Coast.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120days after the deadline of tender submission.
All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of 2% of the tender value. Late tenders will be rejected. Complete tender documents in sealed envelopes must be addressed and submitted to:
