• Valid GRA TAX Clearance Certificate
• Ministry of Water Resources Works and housing Certificate.
• Public procurement Authority Registration Certificate
Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below on, or before 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday, 1ST December 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderer’s representative(s) who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Mfantseman Municipal Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday, 1th December 2022.
