PPA Ghana

Tender Description:: The Government of Ghana through Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation and internally generated funds towards payments under the contracts for the Reconstruction of Sefwi Wiawso Water System in the Western North Region.

Scope of works described below.

E1
1. Drilling and construction of 6No. 150mm boreholes
2. Supply and installation of 2No. Submersible Hybrid Pumps with complete Solar Farm and Ancillaries and 1No. Grid Pump
3. Supply and Laying of 3.4km HDPE Transmission Pipelines of varying sizes

E2
1. Supply and Laying of 34km of HDPE Distribution Pipelines
2. Construction of Water System Management Office
3. Construction of 14No. Standpipes fitted with Smart Meter Water
Dispensers
4. Supply and Installation of 1No. Packaged Water Treatment Plant

E3
1. Supply and Laying of 38km of HDPE Distribution Pipelines
2. Construction of 2No. 300 m3 Ground Level Tanks
3. Supply and Installation of 2No. Hybrid Booster Pumps
4. Construction of 1No. 100m3 High Level Tank

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security addressed to the Chief Executive, Community Water and Sanitation Agency, Head Office, Accra, and in the sum of GHS50,000.00 for each lot

Tenders should be delivered by 10:00 am (local time) on 7th September 2022.

The following documents must be submitted with the Tender:
-Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate Class D1, K1 and E1, G1
-Other documents in tender data
