3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act (663) of 2003 as Amended by Act (914) of 2016 and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Hon.Regional Minister of the Eastern Regional Co-ordinating Council and inspect the tender documents at the same Office on Week days from Wednesday, 7th December, 2022 between 09:00 hours and 17:00 hours GMT.
5. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eight Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 800.00) only, for each set of Tender Document upon submission of an application letter.

- 6. Tenders must be accompanied by the following mandatory documents.
• Valid Business Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Water and Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D1-K1 and above)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid PPA Certificate
• Other documents as indicated in the Tender documents
7. Sealed Tenders marked with the project description and location shall be deposited in the “Tender Box” at the Conference Room of the Eastern Regional Co-ordinating Council on or before 10:30am on Thursday 22nd December, 2022. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representative, who choose to attend at the Eastern Regional Co-ordinating Council Hall at 10:30 hours GMT on Thursday, 22nd December, 2022.
8. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 180 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. A Complete set of tender documents could be assessed at the address below:
