- 1. The WEIJA-GBAWE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified entities to provide the works listed above.
2. More details on the requirements are provided in the Bills of Quantities, Specifications, Performance Requirements and Drawings included in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT.
3. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
4. A contractor will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents.
5. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed mandatory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement.
• Valid Works and Housing Certificate (D2K2)
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
6. Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the following address WEIJA-GBAWE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY, BOX PMB 2 WEIJA-ACCRA, from 9th December 2022 (9AM -5PM) local time.
7. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from WEIJA—GBAWE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY, BOX PMB 2 WEIJA-ACCRA], from 9 am to 5 pm local time, (DIGITAL ADDRRESS GS-0136-4311) by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of [Three Hundred Ghana Cedis GHc300.00] for each set of Tender Documents. The method of payment will be by cash payable to WEIJA-GBAWE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY in WEIJA-ACCRA.
