- Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” July 2016 Revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
All Bids must clearly indicate the Lot Number at the back of the Envelope. And not more than one lot shall be put in the same envelope.
All Bids must be accompanied by a valid Bid Security in the Sum of a Minimum of 2% of the Bid Price for each Lot.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.
