- Krachi Nchumuru District Assembly hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the PROCUREMENT OF ITEMS LISTED ABOVE. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased at Account Office, Krachi Nchumuru District Assembly from Friday 9th December, 2022 between the hours of 010:00hrs – 16:00hrs GMT each working day by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only in cash.
All tenders should be accompanied by the following documents:
1. Company’s Registration
2. Valid IRS Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid up To Month of Tender Submission)
3. Valid Social Security & National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate
4. MWH Certificates (D3, K3) and above
5. A Tender Security of 2% of tenders price
6. PPA Registration (Evidence)
Complete Tenders must be deposited in Tender Box located at Krachi Nchumuru District Assembly reception desk before 010:00hrs GMT on Friday 23rd December, 2022.
Late Tenders will be rejected:
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender submission.
Tenders will be opened thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at 010:00hrs GMT, on Friday 23rdDecember, 2022 at Krachi Nchumuru District Assembly hall, Chinderi.
