- The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the eTransform Project Additional Financing and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Development of Knowledge and Skills Cloud Based Platform which will Aggregate Digital Content for Upload.
The Ministry of Communications & Digitalisation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Development of Knowledge and Skills Cloud Based Platform which will Aggregate Digital Content for Upload. The scope will cover among others to:
► Design – Conceptualize and design the GKSB in alignment with leading practices worldwide
► Build – Build the GKSB from ground using existing or purposely developed
technologies in line with best in class architectural and user experience practices
► Test – Test the solution taking into consideration specific market nuances
► Deploy – Deploy the solution nationwide across low and high latent environments
► Transfer – Manage a training regime that enables knowledge transfer between the Vendor and the Buyer.
The bidding document in English may be downloaded or emailed free of charge. Soft
copies of the bidding documents are available free of charge online, but hard copies may additionally be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of GHS1,000.00. The method of payment will be cash or bank draft in the name of the Ministry of Communications & Digitalisation. The document may be directly downloaded from the website (www.moc.gov.gh;) and/or collected at the address given below. The bidding document will be sent by courier upon specific written request and payment of an additional non-refundable amount for US$150.00 for overseas delivery costs or GHS500.00 for local delivery costs by the bidder.
