Tender Description:: DRILLING AND CONSTRUCTION OF 4 No. BOREHOLES (2 No. HAND PUMPS, AND 2No. MECHANISED) IN SELECTED COMMUNITIES.

1. The Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its share of the budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments for the procurement of the project described below.
2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Ghana Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Act, 2003, (Act 663) as (Amended) Act, 2016 (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. The Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers for the contract in the table below:

Additional Information:: 4. Interested eligible Tenderers may inspect the Tender Document from the Municipal Procurement Unit during office hours from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Friday, 20th January 2023 to Tuesday, 7th February 2023. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana cedis (GHc 300.00)
5. The address for requesting clarification is the Municipal Works Department, Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly, Nsawam.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration and must be delivered to the Procurement Unit, Ground Floor Room 20, Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly, Nsawam on or before 10.30 am on 7th February 2023 where they will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of all Tenderers’ Representatives who choose to attend. Late Tenders will be rejected.
7. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under-listed statutory requirements.

Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
Valid Labour Certificate.
Valid Certificate of Registration
Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 or better)
Valid Water Resource Certificate.
