- CONSTRUCTION OF JUDICIAL SERVICE OF GHANA POLICE DEPARTMENT IN ACCRA
Judicial Service of Ghana intends to apply a portion of the Government of Ghana (GOG) Funding to eligible payments under a contract for the Construction of Judicial Service of Ghana Police Department located in Accra.
Scope of works to be undertaken includes but not limited to excavation and earth works, concrete works, metal works, masonry, Plumbing and electrical works, finishing etc for the construction of Judicial Service of Ghana Police Department. The project is to be completed in ten (10) calendar months
The Judicial Service of Ghana now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers to undertake the works referenced above. More details on the requirements are provided in the Tender Document.
A contractor will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Document, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 as amended.
Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Document may obtain further information from JUDICIAL SERVICE and inspect the Tender document after publication in the dailies at the address given below;

A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of five hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) Cash only.
Tenders must be delivered to the address above on or before 2:00pm on Tuesday 14th February 2023. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than 2% of the contract sum from a recognized Bank.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address indicated above:
