Tender Name:: Construction of Access Road, Primary and Secondary Drains, Extension of Security Lights and Water Supply Network in Nima

Tender Description:: The Government of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Greater Accra Resilient and Integrated Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Access roads, Primary and secondary drains, extension of security lights and water supply network in Nima. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
The Ministry of Works and Housing now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Access Roads, Primary and Secondary Drains, Extension of Security Lights and Water Supply Networks in Nima to be executed within 15 Months as detailed below.

The Works comprise construction of the following:
1. 1.84km of main storm drains
2. 3.25km of Access Roads, Pavements and Local Drains
3. Solid Waste Management
4. 6,000m of Water Supply Expansion Improvements

Additional Information:: All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of GHC 1,400,000.00 from a reputable bank.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.

Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
