All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Not less than Two Percent (2%) of the Total Tender Price.

• Valid Business Registration Certificate/ Valid Incorporation Certificate/ Valid Commencement Certificate with up-to-date renewal
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (Evidence of Exemption if Applicable)
• Evidence of past performance of similar nature including Notification of Award or Purchase Orders
• Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) years (2020 to 2021).
• Brochures of offered equipment
• Power of Attorney
Tenders not accompanied by any of the above listed documents will be declared non- responsive
