- The Regional Health Directorate, Sekondi intends to apply part of its Medicine Revolving Funds and other fund sources to fund eligible payments under Call-Off Contracts that may be awarded under a Framework Agreement concluded through the National Competitive Tendering process.
The Regional Health Directorate is undertaking the Primary procurement with a view to concluding Framework Agreements. Sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers are being solicited for the procurement of Essential medicines, Non-Medicine Consumables and Contract Printing (Accounting & Stores Management Books) for a 12months starting the date the framework agreements is concluded. The Public Procurement Act (Act 663) (as Amended) 2003 and its guidelines/regulations shall guide this tender.

- Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from, inspect, and also purchase a set of the tender documents at the address below from Friday, 3rd to Thursday 23rdFebruary 2023 between 8:30am to 5pm each working day.
A non-refundable fee of Gh¢500.00 for Medicines, and Gh¢400 for Non-Medicine Consumables and Contract Printing respectively for a copy of the tender document. Payment for the tender document is by cash at the Directorate’s Accounts Office.

The Eligibility requirements include the following documents:
1. 2023 Renewed Certificate of Registration with Registrar General Dept., etc.
2. Valid Copies of GRA/IRS, VAT, and SSNIT Clearance Certificates etc.
3. Valid Public Procurement Authority Supplier Registration
4. Valid Foods and Drugs Authority Certificate
5. Tenders shall be valid for Ninety (90) working days after tender opening.
Completed tenders addressed to the under mentioned must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Procurement Office on or before 10:00am prompt Thursday 23rdFebruary 2023.
