Additional Information:: The Procurement Process will be conducted in accordance with the procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 633) and the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (Act 914).
A complete set of tender documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested and eligible tenderers between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm and from 1ST February to 15H February, 2023 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHȼ 350.00 at the college’s account office.
Tenderers are required to submit the following as part of Tender.
a. A Valid Certificate to Commence Business
b. A Valid Certificate of Incorporation
c. FORM A’’ Or Form 3’’
d. A Valid Vat Registration Certificate
e. A Valid Annual Tax Clearance Certificate
f. A Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
g. Public Procurement Authority Certificate or Proof of Registration
h. Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate of Classification (Works)

All tenders must be delivered through GHANA PROCUREMENT ELECTRONIC SYSTEM (GHANEPS) on or before 10:00am. Tuesday 7TH September, 2023.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives on 15TH February, 2023 at 11:30am at the institutions Coffee Room.
