Tender Description:: Ahanataman Girls’ senior High School invites eligible suppliers to bid for the supply of the following items,
Lot 1-Fresh Vegetable (Onion, Fresh Tomatoes, Kontonmire, Dried Pepper)
Lot 2 -Fish/Meat Product (Frozen Fish, Tuna, Frozen Chicken, Fresh Eggs etc)
Lot 3-Printed Materials (Answer Booklet, Shading Sheet, Graph Sheet)
Lot 4-Stationery (A4 Sheet, Ruled Sheet, Ball Pens, White Envelopes, Staple machine, Staple Pins, Bag/Large Envelopes)
Lot 5 -Computer Accessories (Toner cartridge for photocopier, toner cartridges, riso master- Z type, riso ink- Z type)
Lot 6- Clothing and textiles (school uniform, customised sewn house dress, customized sewn school cloth- ATL brand
Lot 7- fuel/other product (firewood, L.P gas, iodated salt)
Lot 8- detergent/cleaning material (liquid soap, calcium hyperchloide)
Lot 9- maintenance and service (vehicle, photocopier machine, air conditioner, fridge/ deep freezer, risograph machine, generator, computer/ printer)

Additional Information:: Interested suppliers shall quote for each item within each lot. Winners of the bid may be requested to stagger deliveries over the period .Tenders documents may be inspected and purchased at THREE HUNDRED GHANA CEDIS (GHS 300.00) each at the Account office of Ahantaman Girls’ school .
Tenders shall be deposited in the tender Box of Ahantaman High School-Sekondi, on or before 11:00 am on Monday 3 February, 2023.
The following documents are to be provided with the tender documents:
i. A copy of certificate to commerce Business
ii. A copy of certificate of incorporation
iii. A copy of VTA certificate
iv. A copy of Annual Tax clearance certificate (Valid up to Date)
v. A copy of Public Procurement Authority Certificate
vi. A list of recent contracts performed (Preferable Government contract)
vii. Failure to submit any of above listed document would render the tender NON-Responsive.
Only suppliers with demonstrated capacity and experience in similar assignment shall be considered.
